J. FRONT DOOR 1. Remove electrical connection of door wiring harness. 2. Remove the check strap. 3. Door needs to be dismantle by removing below shown bolt (door side only). 4. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring harness carefully which was disconnected earlier. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it. Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB 801. Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km within. NOTE For fitment bolts (Self aligning bolt) shown as 1st to be fasten first & then bolt shown as 2nd “For Side door Rattling Noise, Door Latch and striker setting need to be done & maintain 1 mm under flush condition.” BODY 21
