C. REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF TMC & BOOSTER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL 1. Position vehicle on two post lift and disconnect battery. 2. Drain brake oil. 3. Disconnect the electrical connector of brake fluid level switch. 4. Disconnect vacuum hose from brake booster. 5. Loosen coupling nuts and disconnect hydraulic lines attached to TMC. 6. Remove mounting fasteners of TMC and take it out. 7. Release clevis clips securing brake booster push rod to brake pedal. NOTE Overhauling of TMC & BOOSTER ASSEMBLY is not recommended. It is recommended to replace TMC and Booster assembly separately whenever required. BRAKE (MR) 47
