4. Assemble the new carrier assembly to the knuckle. Apply recommended torque. Ensure correct fitment. 5. Carefully assemble the inner and outer pad assemblies respectively and ensure the free back and forth movements of pads. 6. Re-install the caliper in the carrier. 7. Assemble the wheel again. NOTE Re-install the caliper in the carrier, screw the • banjo bolt (with copper gasket) to the recommended torque, then release the hose clamp, do bleeding operation and check for correct function of the caliper parts, ensure no drag and frictional noise.
