5. Remove brake disc screws (02 nos.) securing brake disc to the hub. 6. Pull off the brake disc. INSPECTION Refer Maintenance, Adjustment and Test for Brake Disc inspection. INSTALLATION 1. Clean mating faces of hub and new brake disc. 2. Mount brake disc onto hub and tighten two screws to specified torque. 3. Install the caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten two bolts to specified torque. 4. Connect the electrical connector of EPB motor. 5. Fit the wheels and tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque. CAUTION Do not allow caliper to hang on brake hose as it may damage the hose. BRAKE (LR) 42
