CAUSES REMEDY 1 Glazed pads or foreign matters stuck on Pads Repair or replace pads 2 Worn or distorted pads Replace pads 3 Loose front wheel bearings Replace wheel bearing 4 Loosen mounting bolts Retighten SR.NO. CAUSES REMEDY 1 Partial brake system failure either in dual circuit or in Master Cylinder. Identify and repair by replacing necessary parts. 2 Air in system (pedal soft/spongy) Bleed and top up with recommended brake fluid 3 Soft or bulging hose Replace the hose 4 Lining pad knock back caused by Loose or Worn wheel bearing or other related parts Adjust or replace faulty parts as necessary 5 Insufficient fluid in master cylinder reservoir Fill reservoir with approved brake fluid. Check for leak and air in brake system. Checks warning light bleed system if required. SR.NO. CAUSES REMEDY 1 Brake pads greasy. Change brake pads after rectifying the cause of leakage if any 2 Motor, Harness, Switch, ESP unit failure. Check & rectify or replace. SR.NO. CAUSES REMEDY 1 Brake fluid level very low.
