SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY I. 1. Assemble the ball joint assembly to the lower arm. 2. Position the lower arm to the Subframe and tighten its front and rear pivot bush bolts. LCA Fitment on Subframe in ECIE / Preloading condition. 3. Assemble anti roll bar to Subframe. ARB Fitment on Subframe in ECIE / Preloading condition. 4. Assemble the steering rack assembly to Subframe. 5. Raise the cross member to the body. 6. Fix the Subframe to the vehicle by tightening the four bolts and two screw. 7. Connect the EPAS for the rack assembly. NOTE Bolt to be tighten in ECIE / Pre-loading condition. NOTE Bolt to be tighten in ECIE / Pre-loading condition. SUSPENSION (LR) 36
