REMOVAL OF COMBI SWITCH 1. Disconnect battery negative terminal. 2. Remove steering nacelle. Refer “Removal & Refitment of steering nacelle” from Steering Section. 3. Remove steering wheel. Refer “Removal & refitment of steering wheel” from Steering Section. 4. Disconnect combi switch connection. 5. Remove the four combi switch clock spring screws and take out it. 6. Remove combi switch block from steering column. TORQUE VALUE TABLE FITMENT For fitment, follow the removal procedure in reverse. COMBI STALK REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 1. Remove the combi switch from vehicle. Refer removal & refitment of steering nacelle from steering section. 2. Disconnect combi switch connection. 3. Remove the two mounting screw of the stalks. 4. Remove both stalks. FITMENT For fitment, follow the removal procedure in reverse. COMPONENT TIGHTENING TORQUE VALUE Combination switch Clamp screw 3 TO 5 Nm Clock spring 1.2 Nm Light Stalk 3 TO 5 Nm Wipe Stalk 1.2 Nm COMPONENT TIGHTENING TORQUE VALUE Light / Wiper Stalk tightening torque in 0.3 to 0.4 Nm Clock spring 6 to 8 kgf-cm LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (LV) 42
