HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM_MR & LR 62 STEP 3 Move out the PCBA. STEP 4 Detach the Fuses, Bus-bar module screws (The screws Position shown in below pic). Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque. Screw M4X8 (Blue mark) with Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. Screw M4X14 (Green mark) with Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. Screw M6X10 (Yellow mark) with Tightening Torque 7 Nm±10%. Screw M8X14 (Red mark) with Tightening Torque 9 Nm±10%. NOTE Before tightening the M8 screw between the busbar and the connector, insert the female connector into the connector and then tighten the screw.
