HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM_MR & LR 60 D. 3IN1 UNIT SERVICIABILTY PREPARATION 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Remove and Take out the 3in1 Unit from vehicle (Refer 3in1 Unit Removal procedure). 3. Open the bonnet of vehicle. Remove M4X8 screws (blue circle showing) carefully. Attention! Don’t scratch the Service Cover, especially the sealing area. Fasten the screws. Tool Require: Driver bit (TORX) & Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. 4. COMPONENT REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTION If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 1: Replacing of Fuses. If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 2: Replacing of Contactors. PART 1: REPLACING OF FUSES STEP 1 Carefully loosen Fuse screws, replace the failed Fuse with a new one; PTC, Compressor & OBC Fuses have exact same size, pay attention to avoid any mis-mounting. When mounting PTC & AC Compressor & OBC Fuse, follow the orientation. MCU & Fast Charge Fuse use M8*14 screws (Red rectangle showing).PTC，Compressor & OBC. Tightening Torque 9 N.m±10%. Fuse use M4X8 screws (Blue circle showing). Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque.
