FATC 43 C. COMPRESSOR REMOVAL 1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recovering equipment. Refer maintenance section. 2. Disconnect Electrical connection to compressor. 3. Disconnect the Suction line and the discharge line. 4. Disconnect Ground Cable on compressor. 5. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts and remove Compressor. FITMENT Follow the reverse order of removal. NOTE: Tighten the following fasteners to the recommended torque. i) Compressor mounting. ii) Refrigerant lines on compressor iii) Ensure vibration damper fitted. Earthing Installation Instruction Step 1: Assemble earthing cable clip with compressor body. Ensure that, earthing cable clip assemble before washer and screw, so that earthing clip remains in contact with compressor body. Step 2: Assemble rubber damper. Step 3: Tightening compressor fastner.
