BRAKES_MR 40 5. Pull off the brake disc. INSPECTION Refer Maintenance, Adjustment and Test for Brake Disc inspection. INSTALLATION 1. Clean mating faces of hub and new brake disc. 2. Mount brake disc onto hub and tighten two screws to specified torque (0.6 – 0.8 Kg-m) 3. Install the caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten two bolts to specified torque (7.0 – 8.0 Kg-m) 4. Tighten wheel mounting nuts to specified torque (7.9 – 8.1 Kg-m) and fit wheel/s. 13.3. FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL Wheel Speed Sensor Connector: Pin Details PIN NO. DESCRIPTION 1 Wheel Speed Sensor Signal 2 Wheel Speed Sensor Power REMOVAL: 1. Position the vehicle on two-post lift. 2. Disconnect electrical connector of wheel speed sensor. WARNING: Take proper precaution while disconnecting the wheel speed sensor from vehicle wiring harness, by not damaging pins of connector. 3. Remove sensor mounting screw and remove the wheel speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
