REMOVAL & REFITMENT OF COMBI SWITCH REMOVAL 1. Disconnect battery negative terminal with IBS. 2. Remove steering nacelle. Refer “Removal & Refitment of steering nacelle” from Steering Section. 3. Remove steering wheel. Refer “Removal & refitment of steering wheel” from Steering Section. 4. Disconnect combi switch connection. 5. Remove Clock Spring by removing screws & loosen the combi switch clamp screw. 6. Remove combi switch block from steering column. TORQUE VALUE TABLE REFITMENT 1. Refit combination switch block properly on steering column. 2. Refit combination switch block mtg. Clip. 3. Refit Clock Spring. 4. Reconnect combination switch connection. 5. Refit steering wheel. 6. Refit Steering nacelle. 7. Refit Battery negative terminal. COMPONENT TIGHTENING TORQUE VALUE Combination switch Clamp screw 3.0 to 5.0 Nm Clock spring 1.2 Nm Light Stalk 0.3 to 0.4 Nm Wipe Stalk 0.3 to 0.4 Nm Low Voltage Electrical System (LV) 38
