HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM_MR & LR 83 G. BATTERY COOLING PUMP REMOVAL NOTE: Drain the coolant. (Refer BCS Coolant draining procedure). ‘While draining the coolant BCS Aux. tank Cap must be in open condition’. 1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Disconnect electrical connection on cooling pump. 4. Remove the connected hoses to cooling pump. 5. Take out cooling Pump. Fitment. Follow reverse procedure for assembly. H. CHILLER UNIT (HEAT EXCHANGER) REMOVAL Type – Plate type chiller REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recovering equipment. (Refer maintenance section.) 4. Remove Electrical connection on chiller unit.
