1. Install pivot arm bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. 1. Lower arm Rear pivot bush Removal: 1. Remove rear pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. Installation: 2. Install rear pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. INSTALLATION OF SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY • 1. Assemble the ball joint assembly to the lower arm. 2. Position the lower arm to the Subframe and tighten its front and rear pivot bush bolts. NOTE Load should be applied concentric to the • bush axis to avoid improper fitting of bush into the housing. NOTE Apply soap and water to the bush, the • inner surface of the tool and the bore of assembly lower link before installation.
