RELATED DOCUMENTS The following Punch Powertrain documents are necessary for performing servicing: Service BOM 500015: BOM and exploded view of serviceable components. • External specification 504515: contains tightening torques of the serviceable components. • Oil fill, maintainance and service fill specification 502692. • B. NON SERVICEABLE PARTS Parts which are not listed in the serviceable parts BOM cannot be serviced. Particular attention should be paid to the following parts on the transmission: these parts are accessible from the transmission exterior but may not be manipulated while servicing. The 2 green bolts are used to fix the park lock mechanism to the housing. Loosening them may lead to loss of park. The 6 red bolts are used to fix the gear train to the housing. Loosening them may lead to loss of drive or loss of park. The 2 yellow plugs are sealing high pressure channels. Loosening them may lead to leakage. The pink bolts between transmission housing and clutch housing close the sealing joint of the transmission. Loosening bolts may lead to leakage. The blue bolts fixes the PSM cover to the clutch housing. Loosening bolts may lead to leakage. Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) 51
