Remove canister connections from canister 23. purge valve mounted on intake manifold. To disconnect the exhaust front pipe loosen the 24. clamp near Catcon and remove the bolt on the engine. Remove electrical connection on DCT unit. 25. Disconnect suction and discharge hoses 26. connected to the compressor. Remove front two tyres. 27. Disconnect the left and right drive shafts from 28. the vehicle. Use suitable belt/chain to fix a zip crane to the 29. engine lifting hooks located at front and rear of the engine. Raise the crane slightly up until very light 30. pressure is applied to the engine. Remove the mounting of the Engine ‘B’ 31. mounting bracket. Remove the Engine A-mount arm mounting 32. nuts (3 nos) from engine side. Petrol Engine Ph-2 (CAFÉ)_DCT 99
