INSTALLATION 1. If reusing the spark plugs, clean using a brush and a solvent prior to installation. 2. Verify the electrode gap is between 0.7 to 0.8 mm. Adjust the gap necessary. 3. Carefully hand-thread the spark plug into the cylinder head. Do not cross-thread the spark plug into the cylinder head. 4. Once the spark plug has seated, use the M16 socket to torque the spark plug to 1.75 -2.25 kgfm. 5. Connect the correct spark ignition coils to the spark plug. Verify the cable terminal makes a firm connection with the top of the spark plug. 6. Repeat the procedure for the remaining spark plugs. SPARK PLUG PART NO.
