THROTTLE PEDAL SENSOR VII. This sensor tells the ECU about the position of the accelerator pedal. This input is used to determine the torque required to drive the vehicle which in turn determines the requirement of fuel quantity. This is a dual potentiometer sensor for the safety & correct inputs (Driver’s request/Throttle position) to ECU.
