Adjust the tension of Timing chain by unlock 11. the tensioner by removing locking pin. Tighten the VCT and Exhaust camshaft 12. sprocket by specific torque. Assemble cam chain guide 13. Spread the liquid red sealant on timing cover 14. without spilling the sealant in threaded holes. Assemble the engine Timing Cover.( Refer the 15. tightening sequence).
