6. Disconnect the brake cylinder hydraulic line. 7. Remove return springs by using a brake spring tool. 8. Unscrew the mounting bolts of the back plate and Remove the back plate. 9. Remove the brake shoe hold-down springs. Press against the head of the hold-down pin at the rear of the backing plate with finger, then compress the hold-down spring with a plier or brake hold-down spring tool. Turn the cup/tool to remove it from the pin (IF APPLICABLE). Remove brake adjuster assembly along with 10. shoe holding clips. Remove brake shoes. 11. BRAKE_PETROL 48
