CAUTION Ensure the O-Rings are new. Old O-rings are not mixed with new O-rings. 2. Insert the new O-Ring on its seat in the lower plastic body. Be sure that each O-Ring is duly inserted on its seat. CAUTION Ensure the O-Ring is new. Old O-ring is not mixed with new O-ring. 3. Insert the new filter cartridge in the Filter cap. The filter cartridges have to be positioned at on its pin located on the lower part of the body. CAUTION Ensure the cartridges is new. Old cartridges is not mixed with new cartridges. 4. Screw the Cap Filter and the lower body filter manually. Be sure that the Cap Filter O-rings don’t leave their seats during this operation. CAUTION Ensure minimum size of across flat should be 10.00mm. Ensure tightening torque should be15±2 Nm. 5. Install the filter in the car and check the leakages on the inlet and outlet plugs and on the junction between the lower and the cap filter using Snoop solution.
