1.2L REVOTRON TWIN CYLINDER CNG ENGINE 166 8. Place the crankshaft. 9. Spread the liquid red sealant on crankcase without spilling the sealant in oil paths / inside the block. 10. Assemble the lower bearing shell to the bedplate. (Apply the coat of engine oil.) 11. Assemble the bed plate by tightening the mounting bolts. NOTE Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation. Ensure the dowel pin. 12. Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to 0.3 mm). 13. Check for free rotational torque. 14. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil seal. NOTE Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear cover should be cleaned. Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover gasket.
