Remove Alternator, Compressor & Compressor mounting bracket from Engine to install LH & RH Mounting bracket to assemble on repair stand. A. Engine Dis-assembly : I. Removal of Intake Manifold : 3. Install the LH bracket 5424 5890 24 02 on engine. 4. Install the RH bracket 5424 5890 24 02 with adaptor 5438 589 24 03 on engine. 3. Assemble the engine on aggregate repair stand. 4. Remove the Spring Band Clamp, of Rubber hose from Head cover OCV to Intake manifold & take it out. 5. Remove the Electronic Throttle Body.
