1.2L REVOTRON TWIN CYLINDER CNG ENGINE 133 C. MOON VALVE REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT NOTE Moon valve replacement procedure is common for both TIAGO and TIGOR. 1. Park the vehicle in open space. 2. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running in CNG Mode to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 3. Disconnect the battery negative cable terminal. 4. Remove the carpet for better access. 5. Keep fire extinguisher ready nearby while removal performing activity as safety measures. Image is for reference purpose only. 6. Loosen the Ventilation Hose Clamp on HP Line and push down the corrugated / collapsible ventilation hose. 7. Make the Marking on the HP pipe connector & valve end connector.
