1.2L REVOTRON TWIN CYLINDER CNG ENGINE 117 PRE-SILENCER REMOVAL 1. Remove the Pre-silencer mounting Nuts from main silencer side. 2. Remove the one rubber hanger from front end of pre silencer and other one is from rear end. 3. Remove Front Floor Tube. 4. Remove silencer mountings with Catcon Assy. 5. Take out the Pre silencer assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. FRONT PIPE WITH CLOSED CATALYTIC CONVERTER REMOVAL 1. Remove all connections including lambda sensor. 2. Remove Front silencer pipe. 3. Remove 4 mounting nuts on the catcon Assy. 4. Remove CCC mounting bracket bolts from both sides. 5. Remove the CCC. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque.
