VI. REMOVAL OF TIMING CHAIN 1. Remove the Cylinder Head Cover from the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. 2. Remove crankshaft front oil seal. 3. Remove Timing Cover Front with front oil seal. 4. Keep the piston at top dead center by rotating crankshaft. 5. Lock the flywheel 6. Remove the camshaft carrier. 7. Soft loosen the Intake and exhaust camshaft VCT before removal of timing chain. 8. Lock the tensioner by using locking pin and remove the tensioner. 1.2L REVOTRON CNG PHASE-2 ENGINE 168
