C. FUEL RAIL AND INJECTOR REMOVAL 1. Relieve fuel pressure and disconnect fuel line to fuel rail. 2. Disconnect electrical connection to fuel injector and pry out harness mounting on the fuel rail. 3. Remove the fasteners of rail and remove out the rail along with injector. 4. Remove injector retainers. 5. Disconnect the injector from rail. FITMENT: Follow the reverse order of removal for fitment. Vacuum clean the injectors. NOTE Injector should be tagged as soon as it is removed to avoid chances of it being interchanged. Since the code of each injector is calibrated to the EMS, whenever an injector is replaced it codes of the respective injectors should be fed in the EMS ECU using diagnostic tool. 1.2L REVOTRON CNG PHASE-2 ENGINE 111
