BODY 10 B. DO’S AND DON’T DO’S 1. Ensure that Operator/fitter always using hand gloves while touching the Sunroof glass surface. 2. At the time of sunroof ASM loading/unloading operator/fitter needs to use hand gloves while touching the Sunshade ASM or its visible surface. 3. Apply optimum force on the headliner while assembling headliner to Reinf.frame B with the help of Dual lock fastener. 4. Ensure that guide rail channel area is neat & clean before loading the sunroof ASM (no dust/unwanted things in this area to avoid breakdown/damage of mechanism). 5. Always try to keep sunroof ASM in covered condition when not in use. 6. Always try to handle Sunroof ASM smoothly.
