Installation: 1. Install the new belt on AC Compressor alternator and then on water pump pulley. 2. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring spanner opposite to belt tension and install the belt with the help of clevis meter measure the proper belt tension VI. RECEPTACLE VALVE O RING REPLACEMENT ON VEHICLE REMOVAL Changing frequency: Once in a year / if Damaged. 1. O ring to be replaced once in two years/150000 km whichever is earlier. 2. For filter mesh replacement, remove the Receptacle from vehicle and follow below steps for dismantling receptacle. 3. Hold the Receptacle and remove the O-Ring Ø9.13x2.62 from housing suitably. 4. Ensure O-Ring should not get damaged during removal, use rubber gloves while handling O ring. Avoid twisting and damage to O Ring. FITMENT 1. Clean the receptacle with gentle air blow. There should not be any dust in the o ring slot. 2. Hold the O-ring and locate to the receptacle. 3. Press the O-ring gently by hand and ensure the fitting. CAUTION Ensure that the tool is correctly located during the belt fitment process. Make sure that while rotating the crank shaft pulley the belt should not slip away from AC Compressor pulley 1.2L REVOTRON CNG PHASE-2 ENGINE 60
