8. Assemble the ITG Bearing Cap Upper. 9. Assemble the Cylinder Head cam cap bolts along with the washers, starting from the ends of the cylinder head and working inwards to the center. (Keep the arrow of cap in outward direction.) Refer the loosening sequence. 10. V. ASSEMBLY OF ENGINE TIMING CHAIN 1. Ensure Camshaft lobes are in correct position (refer camshaft assembly on head). 2. Ensure flywheel locked in TDC position 3. Soft tighten the VCT and sprocket on respective cams with locating dowel. 4. Rotate the crankshaft 90° so that the piston will not touch any of valve.
