Hence open the valve slightly & increase valve opening step by step as shown valve position in below images with respect to drop in pressure till the cylinder gets empty. Pull the high-pressure lines gently away from 10. the cylinder valve on both sides. Loosen and remove the nuts holding the 11. cylinder straps.
