TIMING CORRECTION / ADJUSTING PROCEDURE 1. Rotate the crankshaft 90° so that the piston will not touch any of valve 2. Rotate camshaft to face upward direction. 3. Tighten damper bolt and rotate crankshaft to adjust the marking at bottom most position. 4. Rotate both camshafts to align. Ensure the direction of the arrows opposite to each other. CAUTION If timing chain is removed when cylinder head is in assembled on block, Do not rotate the crankshaft and camshafts independently, It may damage the valves.
