1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 163 4. Install the thermostat assembly into the water box. 5. Align the thermostat cover over the water box and tighten its mounting bolt. 6. Install the VSV on the bracket. 7. Connect the VSV hoses. 8. Fit the exhaust manifold gasket. Make sure to use new gasket when installing exhaust manifold. 9. Install the exhaust manifold fasten the mounting fasteners to the specified torque.
