1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 135 11. Loosen the torque on the FIP gear mounting nut. 12. Keep the mounting nut loosely wound on the HP pump shaft. 13. Relieve the tension on the belt by adjusting auto tensioner. 14. Remove the belt from the assembly. 15. Remove the mounting fasteners and take out the belt tensioner assembly. 16. Remove the belt idler assembly. 17. Using the special flange (part no. 2547 0713 7103) for FIP gear removal, loosen the gear from the HP pump.
