1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 100 4. Remove the catcon support bracket. 5. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners and disconnect the catcon assembly from the turbocharger. 6. Remove the turbocharger assembly from below. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Flushing operation for cleaning the catalytic converter should be done by directing dry compressed air draft in the direction of catalytic converter inlet, after removing it from the vehicle. D. EXHAUST FRONT PIPE FITMENT PROCEDURE 1. Match hot end flange & exhaust front pipe flange holes with gasket in between and hand tighten. 2. Match front pipe bracket with mounting bracket on transmission and hand tighten. 3. Match Exhaust front pipe rear flange & PSCR assembly flange holes with gasket in between and hand tighten. 4. Tight the all joints with tightening torque-2.3 kgf.m in following order. Hot end & exhaust front pipe flange. front pipe bracket with mounting bracket on transmission. Exhaust front pipe rear flange & PSCR assembly flange. 5. Install pSCR and all supporting rubber hangers.
