1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 95 NOTE Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation. Ensure the dowel pin. 15. Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to 0.3 mm). 16. Check for free rotational torque. NOTE Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear cover should be cleaned. Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover gasket. 17. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil seal. 18. Assemble Rear oil seal. 19. Assemble flywheel along with back cover by tightening its mounting bolts. 20. Lock the flywheel using special tool. SPECIAL TOOL Flywheel locking Tool in Standalone condition - 2871 5890 06 75 21. Insert the balancer shaft into the bed plate. 22. Lock the balancer shaft into the bed plate using the locking bolt.
