1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 77 7. Remove the turbocharger coolant intake and return lines. 8. Remove the turbocharger oil intake and return lines. 9. Remove the four mounting fasteners and take out the turbocharger assembly along with the inner side heat shield. 10. Remove the mounting bolts on heat shield and separate it from the turbo charger. 11. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners of the thermostat housing assembly and take it out. 12. Remove the Oil Filter assembly by using Special Tool. SPECIAL TOOL Oil Filter Spanner - 5424 5890 18 02 NOTE Ensure Oil Spillage to be gathered in oil tub.
