1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 60 F. COOLING SYSTEM COOLANT NO-LOSS TANK REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant, (For procedure refer “Coolant Replacement” in Engine maintenance section) 2. Disconnect hose to no-loss tank. 3. Remove mounting bolts and take out no-loss tank. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. RADIATOR REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank. (For procedure refer “Coolant replacement” in Engine maintenance section). 2. Recover refrigerant from refrigerant lines. (For procedure refer HVAC section) 3. Disconnect the electrical connections of the cooling fan shroud. 4. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the hose connecting between thermostat and radiator. 5. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the integral radiator hose.
