1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 46 28. Remove the “A”- mounting bracket fasteners from engine side. 29. Remove the “C” mount. 30. Using Powertrain stand support stand lower the engine from engine bay and remove engine from vehicle. CAUTION Take care when lowering the engine off the vehicle. Verify all components and electrical connections are disconnected prior to raising the vehicle, or vehicle damage occurs. 31. Now slightly lower the lift until engine and transaxle assembly is securely placed / fix on the support stand. SPECIAL TOOL Engine Support stand -: 5424 5890 24 01 32. Disconnect the Engine lifting tool from the engine. 33. Now carefully move the lift up. 34. Take out the engine and transaxle assembly along with powertrain support stand. 35. Remove the engine wiring harness and starter motor. Remove the engine wiring harness. 36. Remove the gearbox along with clutch from the engine. (Refer Gearbox and clutch section for removal procedure). 37. Remove support brackets. 38. Safely lift the engine with the help of crane and fix it on repair stand 5425 5890 0605.
