1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 47 B. ASSEMBLY OF ACCESSORIES DRIVING BELT 1. Assemble the Belt tensioner. 2. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring spanner anticlockwise to assemble the accessory driving belt easily. 3. Assemble the Cylinder Head Cover to the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. NOTE Ensure the Cylinder head cover gasket not to be reused. 4. Tighten the cylinder head bolts as per sequence. 5. Assemble the Solenoid valve of VCT. 6. Assemble the spark plugs.
