1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 44 6. ENGINE OVERHAULING (ON OVERHAUL STAND): A. REMOVAL OF ACCESSORIES. 1. Keep the piston at top dead centre by rotating crankshaft. 2. Remove dipstick from head cover. 3. Remove Solenoid valve of VCT. 4. Remove ignition coil from head cover by removing fasteners. 5. Remove Spark plugs. 6. Remove the Cylinder Head Cover from the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. 7. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring spanner opposite to belt tension to remove the belt 8. Remove alternator, compressor, and water pump driving common Belt.
