1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 27 FRONT PIPE WITH FLEXIBLE BELLOW REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of exhaust front pipe and Catcone. 2. Remove the mounting bolts of exhaust front pipe and Intermediate pipe. 3. Remove mounting bolt of front pipe on C mount bracket. 4. Remove Front pipe with flexible bellow. FITMENT All joints to be hand tightened first and then follow above sequence 1,2,3. NOTE Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. CLOSED COUPLED CATALYTIC CONVERTER 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the front exhaust pipe and disconnect front pipe. 2. Disconnect electrical connection to both lambda sensor. 3. Remove the heat shield of CCC.
