HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 74 Fitment Follow reverse procedure for HV battery assembly considering following points. Align battery pack using hydraulic trolley/scissor lift with vehicle from bottom side. Lift the Battery pack to match the vehicle underbody cavity and mounting holes of pack are coincided to the BIW bush holes. Fasteners M10X40 along with spring and plain washers are to be pre-assembled at all 14 locations and hand tight all. Once all the bolts are hand tightened and fitment is ensured, pack is ready to be mechanically torqued. Tightening torque of 4.9 kgfm is applied on all 14 fasteners.
