HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 56 B. PDU SERVICIABILTY PREPARATION 1. Open the bonnet of vehicle.  Remove M4X8 screws (blue circle showing) carefully. Attention! Don’t scratch the Service Cover, especially the sealing area.  Fasten the screws. Tool Require: Driver bit (TORX) & Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. 2. Component replacement instruction  If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 1: Replacing of Fuses.  If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 2: Replacing of Contactors. PART 1: Replacing of Fuses STEP 1 Carefully loosen Fuse screws, replace the failed Fuse with a new one;  PTC, Compressor & OBC Fuses have exact same size, pay attention to avoid any mis-mounting.  When mounting PTC & AC Compressor & OBC Fuse, follow the orientation.  MCU & Fast Charge Fuse use M8*14 screws (Red rectangle showing).PTC,Compressor & OBC. Tightening Torque 9 N.m±10%.  Fuse use M4X8 screws (Blue circle showing). Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%.  Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque. STEP 2 After the Fuse replacement, remount the screws and cover.
