HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 56 B. PDU SERVICIABILTY PREPARATION 1. Open the bonnet of vehicle. Remove M4X8 screws (blue circle showing) carefully. Attention! Don’t scratch the Service Cover, especially the sealing area. Fasten the screws. Tool Require: Driver bit (TORX) & Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. 2. Component replacement instruction If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 1: Replacing of Fuses. If need to replace the Fuse, refer to PART 2: Replacing of Contactors. PART 1: Replacing of Fuses STEP 1 Carefully loosen Fuse screws, replace the failed Fuse with a new one; PTC, Compressor & OBC Fuses have exact same size, pay attention to avoid any mis-mounting. When mounting PTC & AC Compressor & OBC Fuse, follow the orientation. MCU & Fast Charge Fuse use M8*14 screws (Red rectangle showing).PTC，Compressor & OBC. Tightening Torque 9 N.m±10%. Fuse use M4X8 screws (Blue circle showing). Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque. STEP 2 After the Fuse replacement, remount the screws and cover.
