DC DC CONNECTOR SETP-1 Connect female DC-DC connector To male PDU side connector and make sure secondary lock is in original position then push connector untill hear click sound SETP-2 Push scondary lock forward ( refer step -2 sanp for final position of secondary lock E. PDU TO BATTERY CABLE SETP-1. Slightly push up the secondary lock of PDU connector SETP-2. Press the secondary lock and lift the lever of PDU connector in upward direction SETP-3 Insert PDU side HV battery connector of wiring harness in PDU side male connector and make sure it is properly allined.
