Ambient sensor is a thermistor that decreases its resistance when temperature increases and increases when temperature decreases. NOTE 1.Do not cover or spill any liquid on sensors. 2.Do not cover sensor, this may cause the sensor to malfunction. This may lead to FATC not functioning to desired level. " LOCATION Outside Ambient Temperature (OAT) sensor located on cross member behind the front bumper. CONNECTOR DETAIL PIN DESCRIPTION 1 Analog Supply 2 GND INSPECTION Measure the resistance between terminals of the sensor at minimum two temperatures.
