WHEEL REMOVAL D. XT, XT fleet, XT (MR) & XT (MR) fleet VARIANT Remove Wheel cover (if equipped). Insert a 1. piece of cloth between the spokes of the wheel cover and pull it outwards. Take out detached wheel cover from the wheel rim. Loosen wheel bolts by approximately 180 deg 2. (half a rotation). Lift the vehicle using two post lift. 3. Remove bolts and then wheel. 4. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure. Wheel bolts must be tightened in sequence as shown in Fig and to proper torque to avoid bending wheel or brake disc. XE (MR) & XE (MR) fleet VARIANT Loosen wheel bolts by approximately 180 deg 1. (half a rotation) Lift the vehicle using two post lift. 2. Remove bolts and then wheel. 3. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure. Wheel bolts must be tightened in sequence as shown in Fig and to proper torque to avoid bending wheel or brake disc. XZ+, XZ+ fleet & XZ+ tech (HyperStyle) VARIANT Loosen wheel bolts by approximately 180 deg 1. (half a rotation) Lift the vehicle using two post lift. 2. Remove bolts and then wheel. 3. NOTE Image for illustration purpose only, actual may differ on vehicle. NOTE Clean all parts and remove any buildup of corrosion of any parts, before installation of the wheel. Never heat any part to loosen tight wheel, it will shorten life of wheel. Wheel bolts must be tightened in sequence given in Fig and to proper torque to avoid bending wheel or brake disc.
