ON VEHICLE PROCEDURE FRONT 8. SUSPENSION REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF STRUT A. ASSEMBLY REMOVAL Lift the vehicle using two post lift allowing the 1. front suspension to hang freely. Remove wheel rim cover (if fitted). 2. Loosen & Unscrew wheel mounting bolts and 3. remove the wheel. Remove ABS wheel speed sensor harness 4. mounting bolt (if equipped). Remove the Stab link and the brake hose 5. mounting from the strut. Unscrew the strut holding bolts (Camber bolt) 6. from the Knuckle. Open the engine bonnet, Remove the strut 7. access cover. Remove top rubber cap of strut. 8. Using special tool 5424 5890 3201 loosen the 9. top 3 strut mounting nut. Remove strut assembly from bottom. 10. FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION 26
