Do’s and Don’ts Use only recommended refrigerant (R134a) • and correct charge quantity (490 gms) in the AC system Use only recommended lubricating oil for AC • compressor (Zerol Estar 68 oil) Ensure HV and LV connections of PTC heater • are properly connected Don’t remove connections of PTC heater when • it is working Always check coolant level in BCS tank • Avoid coolant leakage in BCS system • Do not change routing of coolant hoses. If hose • get pinch then coolant flow will be restricted leading to battery over heat.
