RADIATOR REMOVAL G. Open the bonnet of vehicle. 1. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put 2. masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. Remove front bumper assembly (For procedure 3. (refer front bumper removal procedure in body section). Remove the Radiator to E-drive hose. (Refer 4. removal procedure in E drive section). Remove the hose Radiator to coolant pump. 5. Remove the mounting nut of Liquid Line 6. Condenser to Chiller Unit. Remove the mounting hose of Air Vent Hose, 7. Radiator to Aux Water Tank. Remove the mounting screw of radiator. 8. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for assembly. NOTE Drain the coolant (Refer TCS Coolant Draining procedure). ‘While draining the coolant TCS Aux. tank Cap must be in open condition’. HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (HV) 67
